The perception of a doctorate title being "sexy" is subjective and varies from person to person. Some may find intelligence and expertise attractive, which can be associated with earning a doctorate degree. However, others may not place importance on academic achievements when it comes to attractiveness. Ultimately, the appeal of a doctorate title in terms of sexiness is a personal preference. **

Whether or not to pursue a doctorate title depends on your career goals and personal aspirations. If you are interested in pursuing a career in academia, research, or a specialized field that requires a high level of expertise, then a doctorate title may be beneficial. However, if your career goals do not necessarily require a doctorate title, then it may not be necessary to pursue one. Ultimately, the decision should be based on your individual career aspirations and the specific requirements of your chosen field. **

Intelligence is a complex trait that cannot be solely determined by one's level of education. While obtaining a doctorate degree requires a high level of intelligence, it does not necessarily mean that individuals with doctorates are inherently more intelligent than those without. Intelligence can manifest in various ways, and individuals without doctorate degrees can excel in different areas that may not be measured by academic achievements. **

Having a doctorate does not necessarily make someone smarter or more successful than those without a doctorate. Intelligence and success are not solely determined by the level of education one has achieved. People without a doctorate can be just as intelligent and successful as those with a doctorate, as success is influenced by a variety of factors including hard work, determination, and opportunity. Additionally, success can be defined in many different ways, and having a doctorate is just one path to success. **

People pursue a doctorate for various reasons, including a desire to deepen their knowledge in a specific field, to become experts in their area of study, to advance their career opportunities, and to contribute to the academic community through research and scholarship. A doctorate also provides individuals with the opportunity to engage in independent research, critical thinking, and intellectual exploration, which can be intellectually fulfilling and personally rewarding. Additionally, some people pursue a doctorate to pursue a career in academia or research, where a doctoral degree is often a requirement for certain positions. **

I think it's great that Taylor Swift is being recognized for her contributions to music and popular culture with an honorary doctorate. It shows that her impact goes beyond just her music and reaches into the realm of academia. I don't find it strange at all, as honorary doctorates are often given to individuals who have made significant achievements in their field, even if they don't have a traditional academic background. **

The decision to abolish the honorary doctorate title is a complex one. On one hand, some argue that it devalues the hard work and dedication required to earn a traditional doctorate. However, others believe that it serves as a way to recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to their field or society. Ultimately, the decision to abolish the honorary doctorate title should be carefully considered, taking into account the potential impact on the academic community and the individuals who have received this recognition. **
